About us

How we got here

Falkland has pulled us here for many reasons but it was the sad sight of our empty local pub which has taken us on this unforeseen adventure.

What started with a simple chat has led us to pooling our collective skills and experience in wine, cooking, growing and design to reopen The Stag, once one of this historic village's traditional pubs, as a food and wine-focused café, bar and restaurant.
